Wonderfully versatile Bakelite knives by Glo-Hill Cutlery of Canada. I believe that this bakelite is referred to as maple wood and was issued during their 20th anniversary. These knives are a super throw-back to the middle of last century must-haves for any dining service. They are good enough for casual dining around the BBQ and decorative to adorn the table for a fancy dinner party with friends. The Glo-Hill name is synonymous with quality and this set is no exception.
Glo-Hill was in operation from 1940 to the early 1970's based in Montreal, Canada. They produced high quality stainless steel and bakelite barware titled Glo-Hill Barmates.
Condition: Good vintage condition however 2 knife tips are slightly bent. Please refer closely to all photographs for more condition information.
